GMKM-A series corrugated carton box printing slotting die cutting machine is full adsorption for the cardboard transfer and not damage the cardboard thickness and improve the printing results. It can add the UV dryer unit to achieve multi-functional of automatic feeding, printing, drying, creasing, slotting, die cutting. It is suitable for 3-layers, 5-layers, 7-layers corrugated paper cardboard and you can choose one color, two colors, three colors, four colors or five colors printing.

High precision: +/-0.3mm registration accuracy is derived from the servo transmission, pressure free paper feeding system and full vacuum adsorption transmission.
High printing line: 130Lpi printing line is derived from closed doctor blade with ceramic anilox roller and precision pressure regulating system.
High efficiency: the production process of paper feeding, dust removal, printing, slotting, die-cutting, waste cleaning, and stacking is completed in one time, with a production speed of 150-250 sheets per minute.
High quality: adopting CNC intelligent control system and cooperating with Bosch Rexroth in Germany, remote maintenance is achieved through the network to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Feeding unit

Servo motor independent drive, no gear clearance wearing, long life span and high precision.
Vacuum adsorption leading edge feeding cardboard, air volume frequency control, feeding stable and precise.
Extended type feeding system, according to the cardboard length to decide the feeding stroke size, improve the feeding accuracy.
None pressure feeding system, avoid damage the cardboard and ensure the compressive strength of the original carboard.
The whole machine auto zero system, store the usual orders, quick order change, easy to operation.
Wider dust removal device and electrostatic brush can remove paperboard dust, improve the printing quality.

Printing unit

Slotting unit

Equipped with the self-lock function pressure quick device, ensure the plate and roller long term precision, slow down the damage to the cardboard when slotting time.
Covered the high quality polyurethane for the up slotting wheel, avoid cardboard hardness damaged.
Synchronous connect electric axis movement, then up and down slotting wheel, up and down slot knife plate, oriented wheel adjust synchronously; Self lubricating wear-resistant guide mechanism, ensure long term correction movement and improve durability.
Scoring wheel and roller, slotting wheel and roller use the high quality alloy steel, surface grinding and hard chrome plating; rough and precise two lathes balance treatment separately, ensure to find the best balance.
Adopts high quality alloy slotting knife, the tooth blade width 7mm.

Die cutting unit

Independent servo drive, avoid the die cutting punching effect the printing results.
Equipped with imported fast changing polyurethane rubber, easy to replace, with a one-way clutch for linear speed compensation function, can ensure that the cardboard is die cut completely consistent after the rubber pad is worn.
When working, the die cutting roller mechanical screw transverse movement +/-20mm, so that the die cutting knife does not repeat, prolong the service life of the rubber pad.
The gap between rubber roller and die cutting roller is controlled by pneumatic control. During normal paper feeding, the rubber roller drops down to the working position; and when the paper feeding is stopped, the rubber pad roller automatically rises.
Rubber correction mechanism increase the rubber pad usage and reducing consumption.
The die cutting bottom equipped with a waste paper conveying device, to transfer the paper scrapes out, convenient cleaning.

Vanishing and Drying unit if need

Flexo printing machine for corrugated carton equipped with IR. Dryer system, the temperature is adjustable.
Adopt the efficient IR. Dryer device, accelerate the drying speed, improve the printing efficiency.

Stacker unit

The height of stacking is 1600mm
The rise and descending of the platform is driven by the powerful chain, and the motor has equipped the brake function. So the platform can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.
The platform is automatically adjusted according to the paperboard pilling. When the cardboard piles up to the predetermined height, the pneumatic paper lifting mechanism automatically opens and catches the cardboard. When the paper is full then alarm promptly.
The width of the stacking machine is customized according to the printing machine.
