Automatic Pre-taped Masking Film/Paper Machine & One Time Folding

The automatic masking film/paper pre-tape machine is cutting the film edge and laminate the edge with masking tape, washi tape or cloth tape etc, rewinding to the required meters. The masking film/paper are widely used in automotive paint spraying, house decoration painting, items dust resistant and so on, to protect the area which is not expected to be painted.

3.Triangle folding device can fold the over width film/paper one time to reduce the width.

5.The paper tube is fixed by the rubber strip expansion axis, servo motor torque mode to control the tension precisely.

7.The overturn is controlled by an open-loop servo motor, and the pulse + photoelectric dual positioning to make the overturn position accurately.

9.The encoder calculates the length precisely, the winding length can be set arbitrarily, and the mechanical accuracy of the length is controlled at +1cm.
