The automatic masking film/paper pre-tape machine is cutting the film edge and laminate the edge with masking tape, washi tape or cloth tape etc, rewinding to the required meters. 1.Touch screen exchange interface, digital parameter setting, and PLC programmable microcomputer control.

2.The rewinding adopts servo motor torque mode to control the tension, digital tension adjustable, precise control the tension of the rewinding and unwinding material.

3.The tape unwinding is fixed with a slip sleeve, and the tension is controlled by a mechanical spring.

4.The paper tube is fixed by the rubber strip expansion axis, and the four shafts are automatically exchanged;

6.Servo motor combined precision planetary reducer for precise transmission control.
