Drive gearbox is lubricated with oil to reduce noise, universal joint drives.
The upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and gluing roller up and down are controlled by pneumatic way.
The paper guiding way adopts vacuum adsorption and air volume adjusting device to maintain the stability of the corrugated shape at high speed.

The corrugated and pressure roller bearings are lubricated with high temperature resistant grease.
The glue roller adopts automatic circulation glue supply.
The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel, heat treatment and has a hardness of HRC50-60 degrees. The surface has been grounded.
The surface of the gluing roller has undergone mesh carving and chrome plating treatment.
Manual or electric glue isolation device.
The gluing department can be shut down in two ways: independent operation or none independent operation.
